Basic Development Program
“Your Individual Path to the Top”
Do you want your son or daughter to take the next step in their hockey development?
From September 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, we are offering an exclusive Basic Development Program, limited to only 25 spots.
The program is designed to ensure the comprehensive development of young players:
4× individual on-ice training sessions
4× Skatemill sessions (30 min)
2× shooting range sessions (30 min) – can be combined with gym sessions as needed (arranged with the coordinator)
2× gym sessions – can be combined with shooting range sessions as needed (arranged with the coordinator)
Included in the program: T-shirt, water bottle, snack between training sessions (fruit), recovery time, and rental of a special jersey for program participants.
Each participant has a guaranteed spot – missed training sessions cannot be replaced.
The entire program is coordinated by Štěpán Říha, who will discuss goals with you by phone or in person, outline the season plan, set the steps needed to achieve progress, and guide both you and the player throughout the program.
After the first training day, you will receive a detailed evaluation from the coaches along with a clear development plan.
Feedback from the first session will be presented at the second meeting.
Introductory Meetings
First meeting – Introduction to the program, presentation of the parents’ vision, presentation of the player’s vision, and clarification of what is and isn’t possible.
Second meeting – Feedback for both the player and parents, setting realistic goals, and tailoring the program to the individual needs of the player.
For more ambitious players, we offer program add-ons:
Skating analysis on the Skatemill (80 €)
Video analysis of a game (80 €)
These add-ons help make training even more professional and push your child’s game to the next level beyond the scope of the Basic Development Program.
Program Price: 580 € per month – payable at the start of the program and then on the 1st of each following month.
