Program Structure and Goals:

The program is led by a team of experienced coaches, physiotherapists, strength & conditioning specialists, and nutrition experts who work together closely, continuously consulting on each player’s status. This allows for flexible adjustments to the training plan based on the athlete’s current needs and goals.

After the initial training sessions, players receive a detailed evaluation and a personalized development plan. The goal of the program is not only physical improvement, but also mental growth and readiness for elite-level hockey.

Before the program starts, you’ll have an introductory meeting to discuss your expectations, focus areas, and individual needs. Your coordinator will explain the program structure, outline the next steps, and schedule your first available start date.

Throughout the program, the coordinator remains your main point of contact and support.
After the adaptation week and initial testing, you’ll receive a comprehensive evaluation from all specialists along with a personalized development roadmap—reflecting both your results and your individual goals.

Program Objective:

To help players build strong foundations, enhance key skills, address weaknesses, and prepare both body and mind for the demands of the upcoming season—whether in professional or junior hockey.
