The camp will be run in our skills trainings system in which we will have 1 coach for a maximum of 6 players in one group on the ice. The camp is also suitable for goalies because we will bring our goalie professional coach with us. We aim to get an individual approach with every single player on - ice and off - ice. The exercises are prepared for a maximum amount of repetitions (our players don't waste precious ice time standing in lines). Everything is done with high intensity in a fun way. We combine drill exercises with games and game situations. On the whole week program there will be two practices focused only on games and competitions - Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon.
Program:
We will start every day at 8.30 and we will finish at 17.00. Program includes like always warm up, 2x off-ice training, 2x ice training, lunch, video/theory and stretching.

The price for the camp is 385 euro. In the price are included two snacks for each day (power bar, yoghurt, fruits), main meal (lunch) at the ice rink cafeteria, 2x ice practice, 2x off-ice practice, video/theory and stretching every day.
