Price includes:
9 on-ice training units (9.5 hours total), 10 dry training units (12 hours total), ice rental, guaranteed number of qualified coaches, drinking regime, snacks (10 times), lunches (5 times), changing rooms, gyms, training aids, massages if necessary, kinesiotape.

On-ice training will focus on skating technique with and without the puck as well as passing and shooting techniques and creativity. All the activities listed above are developed mainly in play and in game exercises. Thanks to our extensive experience, we have observed that these are the biggest weaknesses of children in general. Therefore, we will focus on these skills in particular.

Dry training will be under the roof within the ice rink in our Skate Zone (Skatemill, Pro Skater, Slackline, Slideboard, Game Changer, more info here) and also outdoors at a nearby sports ground, in good weather we will also include swimming in the natural swimming pool. We will also use the facilities of the large gym (compensatory, conditioning and coordination exercises) and the shooting range with artificial ice (shooting lessons on and without skates, stick and shooting technique training).

Children will train in the following categories during the camp:
Small 2015 - 2014 / Middle 2013 - 2010 / Big 2009 - 2007 / Performance 2006 - 2002

Small kids:
On ice: skating technique, stick and puck handling, passing and shooting drills + skating games
- Creating an emotional attachment to the sport and to good habits
Dry training: coordination, speed, reactions and games

Middle children:
Ice: skills - skills and how they connect to the whole, i.e. skating, working with the bare, deceiving with the body and skates, types of finishing, cooperation with teammates, reacting to opponents and to the development of the game
Dry preparation:
- Completion of skating, stick work and shooting techniques.
- agility and movement development

Big kids:
Ice: skills transferable to the game for given player positions (defenseman, forward)
Dry training: comprehensive strength development

Performance, pro and varsity players:
- Comprehensive tactical skills transferable to the game for given player positions
